The East Sooke Temperate Rainforest is
similar to a place in Hong Kong called, ‘Deer Neck’. The views on this hike
were so awesome. I loved the way the temperate rainforest came down to the sea,
and the sea was so blue. Everything was so fresh and clean. We also came upon a
field of daisies. It was simply
beautiful. I took this picture and you can use it as your wallpaper if you
want. 🤷🏻♂️++
And than we climbed to the top of the mountain , their had a old train rail , we just set on the rail and enjoy our lunch . And the view was just very beautiful , and the road was very dusty , but it worth for the view
We have to cook our own dinners every
night, so today, we went to the biggest supermarket that I have ever seen – Costco.
It is totally different than Hong Kong’s supermarkets. Costco is like a huge
warehouse. We arrived at it about half-hour before it opened.
Miss Smith gave us lists of foods to find, and we also had to check out different food item prices and compare them to the prices in Hong Kong. Before the trip, we went to the supermarket and had recorded Hong Kong food prices. We found that Hong Kong prices are very expensive compared to Canada’s, because the packaging size of Canada’s foods was much larger. When we finished shopping for food and supplies, we ate lunch there. We had hotdogs, pizza and poutine – a French-Canadian French fry dish.
I was so excited to being to Canada. Our flight was delayed for almost two hours
out of Hong Kong, so we ate some food and played games at the airport to make
the time pass more quickly. Finally, we were taking off. I tried to get some
sleep because we still needed to travel another 3-4 hours once we landed in
Canada. I was also excited about seeing
Eric, the first time we met him, was about six months ago, when we all had a
Christmas dinner celebration.
